I decided to use a man’s knit shirt for the fabric of the skirt and I used a craft/fabric glue called Speed Sew to make my “stitches”, but just about any permanent fabric glue will work for the areas that needed “stitching.” Just FYI, the speed sew fabric glue I used holds up great, but my only complaint is that they need to work on the nozzle
